The immunizations exclusion date is October 3, 2019. This means that all immunizations must be up to date and turned into the student’s school by the end of the school day on Thursday, October 3. Without proof of immunization compliance, the student will not be able to come back to class on Monday, October 7. The student will remain excluded until proof of immunizations is provided to the school office.
