The grade level packet(s) are yours to keep for your reading enjoyment.  It has details about who we are at WMS, what awesome things make us stand out from the rest of the middle school pack, and some less exciting information that we like to pass on to you just in case you didn’t already know it.

When you are done completing all this wonderfully awesome paperwork, please print all of the documents and bring them to WMS. If you do not have access to a printer, most of the forms are fillable and can be filled out and emailed to our registrar, Meagan Edwards, at [email protected].  She will then begin the registration process and call you to setup an appointment to meet with one of our wonderful counselors.  Please call Meagan at 509-559-4156 with any questions you may have.

One of the documents listed below must be provided in order to verify residency within the Westwood Middle School attendance area.  The document must show the parent/legal guardian's name and address and must be dated within the past 30 days.  Post office boxes are not acceptable as residence addresses.

  • Cable TV Bill
  • Garbage Bill
  • Renter or Homeowner Insurance Statement
  • Rental Agreement
  • Escrow papers, mortgage statement, property tax form or HOA fee statement

We will also need a copy of student’s birth certificate and copy of immunizations, if you have those handy.
