I am Tammy Hauer and I was born and raised in The Great Lake State, Michigan.   I got my Bachelors Degree from Saginaw Valley University.  I moved to Spokane in 1992 and taught math and coached in Central Valley School District for 3 years before I found my home in Cheney School District.  I have taught math at the middle schools for 25 years.  I got my Master's Degree from Eastern Washington University and became National Board Certified in 2009. I have been at Westwood Middle School since it opened in 2012.

I am an active person that loves the outdoors. I enjoy many activities including golf, hockey, and rock climbing.
