In Automation and Robotics at WMS, we just finished designing, building and programming Drag Race Cars. Students used their knowledge of mechanical gears and gear ratios to compete in a race against their peers. Each group had a very original design and after the race, they were able to compare to see how they could have made their own car go faster.
